But in commercial activities there are important aspects of a company’s intellectual property that are covered by copyright law. These include advertising materials, architectural plans, software, website content and a host of other written or graphic materials. We have vast experience in registering claims of copyright with the Copyright Office of the Library of Congress, as well as litigating cases of copyright infringement and ownership, some all the way through the appellate process.
